THE EDGE OF PEACE
The Edge of Peace is the third play of the Ware trilogy set in and around Ware, Illinois. The Stage Company has produced the other two plays of the trilogy, Mother Hicks and the Taste of Sunrise, in the two previou9s summers. The same characters continue their story in the Edge of Peace, set in 1945 with the backdrop of WWII. Kevin Purcell again directs this play as he has the other plays of the trilogy. The playwright will be in attendance and give a special workshop at 2:00 before the Saturday performance.
