Told Slant with Ada and the Veazies
Told Slant is the bedroom punk project of Brooklyn multi-instrumentalist songwriter Felix Walworth. Known to many as the drummer for Eskimeaux, Florist, and Bellows, and a frequent collaborator of Girlpool, Porches, Frankie Cosmos, and others, Walworth is a pillar of Brooklyn art collective The Epoch. Despite relentless touring, they somehow found the time to write and record the serenely lo-fi Going By for Dbl Dbl Whammy in 2016, a set of songs that now find themselves adorned by Walworth's four piece band live. Told Slant will be joined by local luminaries of all things big and atmospheric, Ada, and the Janane Tripp-fronted Veazies.
