For the LOVE of food ~ Valentine's Class (Surf & Turf) Scallops & Beef Wellington
The language of LOVE & FOOD are synonymous at MCA. We will make this a memorable Valentines evening (Friday Feb. 17th 7pm -9:30pm) . Join us as we create a delicious experience of the heart & soul! Our Chef Instructors will guide you as you sear scallops to perfection in a wine sauce and prepare individual Beef Wellingtons. We will finish our divine dining extravaganza with a Molten Lava Cake! Come and celebrate as a couple, a couple of friends, relatives who love hanging out, or just want to make new friends. All are welcome.
This class is BYOB so bring your favorite wine or bubbly.
Please note our classes are non-refundable due to the cost of ingredients. If you are unable to attend, feel free to send a friend in your place.
