"In Shipwrecked but not Lost, Melita Carter navigates her audience through the tumultuous journey of fatherlessness, suicidal thoughts, and the loss of her childhood innocence in her formative years. Through poetry and prose, Melita breaks away each layer of shame, depression, and self-loathing and reveals her naked truth.
This one-woman show will certainly be the lighthouse of inspiration her audience may need to confront the raging storms of their past, begin to set sail, and finally dock at their sea shore of liberation and healing."
