In this workshop I will guide you into some "body-opening" positions from Bioenergetics, and then we will move on to Emotional Expression - allowing your anger and other feelings to be expressed. The Bioenergetics will bring your feelings to the surface and the Emotional Expression will facilitate a real release of pent-up negativity from your whole being.
Come out the other side feeling refreshed, open and super-alive!
