Montclair Culinary Academy Knife Skills Level I (ages 8-12) Level II (ages 13-17) Fajitas, Tacos & Guacamole
Our Knife Skills Level I (8-12), Your child will learn basic knife skills for safety and food prep. Proper dice, chop, Chiffonade skills. Level II (13-17) advanced Knife skills for older kids who want to learn proper and practical use of knives for food preparation. They will apply their skills to create fun and festive Mexican Fajitas, Tacos & Guacamole. Each level will be instructed by one of our talented Chefs during this class. We will give individual instruction where necessary. Safety in the kitchen is our primary goal. Students will prepare a variety of items to take home and share!
