KONG: A GODDAMN THIRTY-FOOT GORILLA
In 1933, an expedition set out for the Indian Ocean, in hopes of creating the greatest film ever made. Instead, they brought back a giant captive gorilla. This was a terrible idea. KONG: A Goddamn Thirty-Foot Gorilla offers a retelling and deconstruction of the classic King Kong story, commentary on the 1933 film, audience participation, dinosaur fights, and a very large ape on a very small stage.
