Chocolate making class- Our goal is to prepare artisan chocolate from nibs to bar. We'll decide on a 65%-75% version of cacao and prepare bars for you to take home.
MAPS will be offering an exclusive hands-on look at the bean-to-bar chocolate-making process.
Vincent will review the history of cacao and the process while the melanger is making the cacao. This is a unique experience and limited to only 10 people.
