Firecracker / The Oakwood Boys
Firecracker is a mix of character and situational sketches performed by two women, Steph Garcia and Danielle Tolley. This INNY nominated duo isn't afraid of getting down and dirty. In the show, Firecracker takes on the Olsen twins, Cleveland, and those pesky customer service calls amongst other things.
Oklahomans Hoss and Donny Oakwood bring their fiery brand of religi-politi-tainment (think Hee-Haw meets Glen Beck) to the comedy theaters of New York with "Election 2012:Pecker for President". Tired of the same old "can't-didates," the Oakwoods introduce the "People's Choice Party" surprise savior/candidate, Billy Graham (B.G.) Pecker, an Arkansas goat-farmer and former meth addict who found Jesus before pursuing public office. With cameos from Barack "Insane" Obama, Mitt "Silver Spoons" Romney and Brian "Ken Doll" Williams, the audience will walk away from this important election show laughing all the way to their polling places (assuming they are legal US citizens).
