The Eureka Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence would like to invite you, on October 20th 2012, for a marvelous night of fun and excitement! On this night, we will be holding yet another of our fabulous Bingo's and, this time, it will be to raise money for Boys and Girls of the Redwoods' Teen Court Program! To make this evening even more SUPER, our theme will be "JustUs League Bingo!" Be sure to jump into the nearest phone box, and toss on your most glamorous mask and cape, for our costume contest! Don't waste your Saturday evening playing solitaire alone in your lair; instead, be a hero and soar down to the majestic ballroom of The Eureka Inn for a night of fun games, comedic antics, and FREE SHIT! Tickets are $20, the doors open at 5:30pm, and the games will begin at 6pm. This is an 18+ event.

What is Humboldt County Teen Court?
Humboldt County Teen Court is a juvenile offender diversion program where teens, who have taken responsibility for their offense, agree to have their case heard by their peers. This is a real court that is staffed entirely by teen volunteers: including attorneys, jurors, bailiff, clerk and judge. The teen jury focuses on coming up with an appropriate sentence that will help the offender to repair harms and learn from their mistake.

"Going through Teen Court has shown me a lot. It also provided me with a second chance at a clear record. Even though my sentence only required me to be on the jury twice, I try to attend regularly. It is a good place to hang out with peers and meet new people. It also allows me to help good kids that made a bad choice, like myselfA lot of people think that breaking the law is cool. Teen Court shows that it isn't." Humboldt County Teen Court Participant
