Since the 2008 election of President Obama, America has fallen in love and struggled with his consistent cool. The country's response to the President's sense of power is directly connected to how 'cool' he appears in crisis. If cool is becoming a hallmark of Black leadership, how does it impact the perception and relevance of Black political power and Black political leaders.
