"Something compels me to walk these stairs. I don't know what I am walking away from. The stairs are all I know. And then I remember There is only this and nothing more."
A dreamscape on loop, a reoccurring nightmare, a fevered dream. It is the story of a young woman living in a rooming house. It is a story of love, loss and obsession. It is a ghostly reunion. It is a strange carnival. It is a dance. It is a love song. Part art exhibit, part haunted house, this site-specific piece, infused with video and shadow puppetry, will lead the audience through a living nightmare they will not soon forget.
Featuring Adriene Mishler, Robert Pierson, Cyndi Williams, Jude Hickey, and Michael Joplin
Art direction by Sterling Price-McKinney
Costumes by Pam Friday
