Taboo Revue Burlesque Variety Show

Screaming Chicken Theatrical Society presents Vancouver's biggest and longest running showcase of singing, dancing, variety, comedy and striptease acts. The show is funny, sexy and empowering and is a great time for everyone.

The Taboo Revue features a huge cast that includes some of Canada's top performers

Proceeds from the Taboo Revue go to the not-for-profit Screaming Chicken Theatrical Society and are used to support, develop and present Burlesque in Vancouver. Partial proceeds are also contributed to the Burlesque Hall of Fame to support their work preserving the history of our art form.

Our fans tend to be really fun people and it's not unusual to see them adorned in anything from evening gowns to nearly nothing at all. We definitely encourage dressing up to be part of the fun - it doesn't matter if it's formal wear, costume, vintage, burlesque or anything else your creative mind can conceive.
