"2648 West Grand Blvd" is New York baritonist Claire Daly's latest CD on Glass Beach Jazz. Teaming up with David Richards on trumpet and joined by three of Durham's top rhythm section players, this group will feature some of these Motown tunes from the Detroit years as well as some favored standard jazz tunes. Her last CD, "Baritone Monk" was also produced by Doug Moody and was on the jazz radio charts for 24 weeks, 9 in the top 10.
Performing artist David Richards is the owner/founder of Echelon Brass - the innovative music community center in Clayton, North Carolina.
