Fat Cat Fall explores yearning and longing out of desperation, a striving for something. It explores the relationship between friendship and fear, isolation and group-sheltering. Fat Cat Fall explores the surreal nature of expectation in the context of a citizenry oppressed by a supposed tyrant. As serious as all this sounds, the show is actually very cute, very adoring, nurturing, simple and playful. Five mice in a schoolhouse, the castle their dormitory, with a Fat Cat Headmaster! Are the mice capable of composing the witty scheme necessary to overthrow the Fat Cat? Will they stand tall, climb the wall, and force the Fat Cat to Fall?!
