The tour group will meet at the stunning, 100-year-old Fairmont Copley Plaza, where resident dog *and* two-time book author, Catie Copley, might greet you when you arrive. Don't worry, Catie doesn't bite, though, she may give you a wet kiss or two!
We'll begin our day with a warming Hall of Fame chowder, followed by a to a popular wine and cheese shop, where we'll sample various artisan-made products and cheeses. Next, we'll circle around to Newbury Street, or, as some call it, "the Rodeo Drive of the East". On Newbury Street, we'll satisfy your sweet tooth with cupcakes and a billionaire's favorite chocolates. In fact, he served them at his wedding! If our timing is right, we might even meet a TLC reality star or two! After stopping at one of Boston's popular food trucks, our tour will end like no other...with a lovely afternoon tea at either the Boston Public Library (standard tour) or at 4-star/5-diamond, L'Espalier, the nationally-recognized restaurant of James Beard Award winner, Frank McClelland (premium tour).
