Aid for Syria Fundraiser/Auction

Join Eighteen Sixty-One and Succulent Catering to raise funds for the Syrian American Medical Society and increase awareness about the humanitarian crisis in Syria.
The Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS) was founded in 1998 to support physicians of Syrian descent. Since 2011, they have been providing much needed crisis relief and medical care to those in Aleppo and the surrounding region. With recent changes in immigration policy from the US government the need to provide basic assistance outside the US, especially in Syria, has become even more crucial.
Our evening will include small bites from Succulent Catering, live music, a silent auction, and guest speakers from SAMS and our local community.
