Surfacing by Laurel Brady
Surfacing is a one-woman show about a young woman opening up to her mother about her experiences with anxiety and depression. Part poetry, part movement, part dark humor, Surfacing explores the stigma surrounding mental illness and challenges the expectations that many people have of those living with anxiety and depression, especially how those judgments can impact a person's life.
