Braiding Wisdom Winter Series: The Tower, The Devil, and Death! Oh No!
Sometimes when these cards come up in a reading, the response is "Oh no!" There is an idea that they are bad news and a sign of impending doom. I choose to think of them as having multiple interpretations. Certainly, the darker, shadowy one can be present. By changing our perspective, we can see them with alternate meanings. I would like this to be an opportunity to explore a broader range of significance for these three major arcana cards.
Helen Schneider first began using tarot cards in the mid 80's. Since then she has continued to do readings for herself, for friends and occasionally for paying clients. She does not consider herself to be a "professional" card reader. Her preference is to use the cards personally and to share interpretations with others doing readings.
This is one of 13 classes taking place on Wednesdays from January 11th through April 12th in the beautiful, magical wooden yurt in Monona. Heated venue of course.
