Rough Draft Inauguration Day Fundraiser Event

Like all Rough Draft events this is again; a unique location, showcasing well-handled seasonal produce and protein, with the most unique and migratory drink pairings. This time we will be working together with several local businesses, to help raise money for an organization we all care about and support. The ACLU is an organization that we want to make sure gets all the proper funding it needs to run as smoothly as possible. All the entire evenings cash donations, and total ticket sales revenue will be given to our local ACLU Washington chapter.

Our event will start with a cocktail hour from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. This hour is for all our guests to unwind before dinner with cocktails beers and wine, and a Taylor Shellfish raw bar with raw and steamed products and various condiments. Also, a fun chance to meet the evenings distillers and wine makers that have donated their time and products for the ACLU.

The six-course dinner will start at 7:15pm and finish around 8:30pm. During this event, we will be offering six courses with three spiked beverages, and one N/A pairing. The food for the dinner again is focused around seasonal and uber locally soured produce and protein. We will be offering dishes like; Elderflower Cured Salmon with Sheeps Curd, and Berbere Chocolate with Coconut and Pretzel Milk. This time we have brought on a few local friends to add to the unique pairings we are known for offering. Along with a Winter Citrus Punch for the cocktail hour Jarvis will be making three drinks to go with the dinner. All the evenings beverages are made with and inspired by our good friends at Big Gin and St Germain Elderflower Liqueur. Wines have also been donated from the team at Novelty Hill / Januik Winery. The entire pairings list will be shared on our Facebook Jan 1st along with our dinner menu.
