Create three elegant chocolate confections that are sure to make Valentine's Day extra special!
We'll be making white chocolate-passion fruit eclairs, our famous chocolate mousse domes (decorated especially for the holiday) and whimsical Askinosie chocolate "charcuterie".
You'll learn about tempering, ganaches, mousses and more!
