Suzi O'Rourke has spent over 25 years perfecting her favorite past time of bread making. Bread is not as hard to make as many people think and is both relaxing and healthy for the body.
Students will kneed their way through four different types of bread recipes, The Best Ever Homemade White Bread, Heavenly Rye, Focaccia, and Introduction to Sour Dough.
Students will also learn the basic elements of bread baking including:
Proper Mixing
Fermentation
Proofing
Shaping
Baking
