Hats! Hats! Hats!
A fascinator is a type of hat that looks more like a hair ornament, usually worn at a formal occasion. It can be small or large, often made with feathers, flowers, beads and ribbons. It usually has a small fat base, which is decorated and then attached with hair combs or a hair band. Fascinators were seen at the royal wedding, and at horserac- ing events such as the Kentucky Derby and Ascot. Walk away with a hat at the end of the class
