Montclair Culinary Academy- Italian cheese Making & Baked flats breads Adult Class
Throughout Italy you will find the most exquisite little cheese shops. Traditional cheese making goes back centuries to the Roman empire. Join us for this hands on, fun filled evening of cheese making and sipping wines (BYOB) we will be making the two most popular of italian cheeses. Mozzarella and Ricotta from scratch. We will then make a variety of delicious flat breads using some newly crafted cheese. Fresh basil pesto, Pancetta, Artichoke and Olives, sun dried tomatoes, Portobello mushrooms and grilled asparagus.
Let your inner chef run wild! This a great date night class or a date with a friend! All classes are BYOB we recommend and Italian Barolo or Brunello if you like reds.
