Montclair Culinary Academy- Traditional Paella- Flavors of Spain Adult Class
Valencia, Spain is the undisputed home of Paella and it's said that Paella is the perfect union of earth (rice) and sea (mussels, clams and shrimp, add in chorizo and saffron for a well balanced flavor and its down right addictive!
Join us for a culinary adventure to Eastern Spain where we will prepare a traditional Paella with imported rice from the region, accompanied by Ensalata Mixta (Green Salad)
Spanish olives, white asparagus and tomatoes. We will complete our evening with baked mini Churros and a variety of chocolate dipping sauces.
This class is BYOB, may we suggest a Rioja or Bodegas. Salute!
