Montclair Culinary Academy-Vegetarian Winter Feast Adult Class
After ringing in the new year, it's time to get cozy with a hearty vegetarian feast. We will be making Roasted garlic escarole ragout over a warm and creamy polenta. Followed by
Iron Skillet Phyllo Pie-with roasted Kabocha Squash, Tuscan Kale, toasted pine nuts. (Goat cheese optional) the sweet and savory flavors meld beautifully together in the dish. For dessert Warm Apple Brown Betty with fresh apple cider whipped cream!
This class is BYOB -suggested wine. Buttery, oaky Chardonnay!
