Healthy Cooking Class: Sushi Party - Gluten and Dairy Free
Master the basics of whole-food, organic cooking while learning new culinary techniques and styles.
Come practice the art of hand rolling your own sushi during this fun, delicious and satisfying hands-on cooking class! Learn how to season the rice, practice knife skills, and select the best available fish. Best of all, the recipes are completely gluten and dairy free, perfect for celebrating Celiac/Food Allergy awareness month!
In this class we will prepare:
- Miso Soup
- A Variety of Sushi Rolls Incorporating Fish and Vegetables
- Matcha Green Tea Kanten Jellies
All recipes will include a vegan variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people.
