ReconFIGUREd
In ReconFIGUREd, the unique -- yet interwoven -- lives of eleven women and trans people collide to reveal their individual struggles and journeys as they begin to understand the relationship between their bodies and the world. Through metaphor, movement, original songs, and naturalistic scenes, the performance examines such themes as fatphobia, fertility, ownership of the body, hair, menopause, illness, and the amazing things our bodies can accomplish.
