Rebirthing, with Devaraj

Rebirthing is a therapeutic technique that uses the breath to enter an altered state of consciousness. In this state, letting go of the past, or anything we no longer need, is easy! Lying down on a mattress, I guide you into first relaxation and then this special breathing pattern. After 15 minutes or so you will find that your thinking mind takes a back seat and your body starts to move and express by itself. You have conscious control but the experience is so pleasurable you just let it happen! Even people who believe that they can't let go find this easy.
