Join us for a 3-course menu featuring traditional Peruvian dishes. Start with a refreshing Causa Potato Salad with Tuna and a Quinoa Tabouleh. Next is a Squid Ceviche with sweet potatoes, lettuce, and corn in a leche de tigre fish sauce. And finish with a special dessert an Afro-Peruvian bread pudding with raw sugar syrup.
