New Years Eve- Steadfast at the Gray Hotel
Steadfast at the Gray will be preparing a special coursed dinner on New Years Eve. The early seating features a 5 course dinner for those going to a later evening party. The later seating is an 8 course dinner for those looking to make dining out the focal point of their evening.
Both New Year's Eve dinners on December 31 at Steadfast will be prepared by Chef/Partners Chris Davies & Chris Teixeira.
Upon purchase of the deposit, a manager from the restaurant will call to confirm your reservation time.
EARLY SEATING: Between 4:00pm - 7:00pm * Each guest will enjoy a FIVE course dinner with optional alcoholic beverage pairings (wines, cocktails, beers) included. (see below for menu or visit steadfastchicago.com) * Place a $30 per person deposit on a 85 per person coursed dinner. Wine pairings are an additional 50 per person, if selected. The deposit will be applied to your final bill. * Cash bar also available
LATE SEATING: Between 8pm - close * Each guest will enjoy an EIGHT course dinner with optional alcoholic beverage pairings (wines, cocktails, beers) included.(see below for menu or visit steadfastchicago.com) * Midnight Champagne toast * Place a $30 per person deposit on a 115 per person coursed dinner. Wine pairings are an additional 65 per person, if selected. The deposit will be applied to your final bill.
