Christmas is coming, and here's the chance for a good emotional clear-out before the festivities start.
December 11th is Osho's birthday. It's also a few days after Veeresh's birthday, and Veeresh was the creator of the Humaniversity AUM Meditation, a 13 stage highly-emotional group therapeutic process that will leave you feeling recharged, reborn and ready for anything. It includes stages of anger, hugging, healing, laughing, crying, craziness, sexiness, dancing, chanting, sitting and more. This will be a 2 hour version of this famous meditation.
