Holdfast Collaboration with Tim Wastell
On Thursday, December 22nd we are incredibly excited to be teaming up with one of our good friends Tim Wastell. You may know Tim from when he was in the kitchens of DOC and Old Salt Marketplace. Or more recently, you may have bought produce from him if you've visited the Groundworks Organic's booth at the PSU farmer's market. Tim has helped us out with a number of Holdfast events, so we have already been scheming about how to make this dinner special.
The cost of our collaboration dinners is $140 which includes beverage pairings. Tickets for this dinner will go on sale Tuesday, November 22nd.
