The pick-up window will begin on Sunday, December 11th at 3pm and extend until December 18th at 3pm. This is for presale pick up only. If you want a growler or howler of hugs you may have to wait in a line on release day.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THE PICK-UP WINDOW FOR BIG HUGS IS 7 DAYS ONLY. If you do not pick up your Pre-sale, the bottles will be consumed by the beasts of Half Acre. NO EXCEPTIONS.

BOTTLE PURCHASE DETAILS:
On Friday, December 9th 12/9/16 at 10am you may purchase a full allotment of The 2016 Big Hugs Imperial Coffee Stout Spread. Beginning Sunday, 12/11/16 at 3pm You will be able to pick up your allotment from our shop on 4257 N. Lincoln Avenue. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit, nor the pick-up window and PROXIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. You cannot pick-up your bottles in our tap room. **Any bottles not retrieved by Sunday, December 18th 12/18/2016 will be surrendered back to the brewery (NO exceptions).** Please read the additional details below for further information on proxies and bottle pickup names.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
In order to pick-up your bottles, you will need to show your valid photo ID; it must be your ID and the name MUST match the name on the credit card of the ticket buyer (i.e. only you can pick up your bottles; no proxies). Limit 1 allotment per purchaser. Any sales that attempt to work around the bottle limit will be voided. If you do not pick up your bottles within the window, the bottles will be forfeited and consumed by Half Acre.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
SHIPPING:
We will not ship the bottles.
