Try your hand at basket weaving on a tiny scale. Use the same techniques as full-size baskets to weave small reed into little baskets just big enough to hold your stitch markers or tatting shuttle. Make your basket with or without a handle. Weave multiple designs as time permits.
Student supplies: old towel, apron, (optional) utility scissors or yard clippers. Instructor will have some for class use. Instructor supplies: per student reed. For class to use - tools, buckets, towels, sample baskets.
Supply fee: $10 for reed
Level: Beginner
This class is limited to 12 participants.
