Kathy will show you tricks of the trade every knitter should know. These include, Weaving in Ends Flawlessly, picking up a Dropped Stitch, The Perfect Last Stitch, Counting Rows and Stitches and the Perfect Join for Knitting in the Round. More tricks will be covered if time permits.
Homework - Knit a 6x6 stockinette stitch swatch on light-colored worsted weight yarn on #8 needles, do not bind off and leave swatch on needles. Keep an 8 tail at CO.
Materials - Your swatches, tapestry needle, bring your basic tool kit which should include a tape measure.
Skill Level - Must be comfortable with CO, BO, knit and purl stitches.
