A special afternoon of solo piano music:
Tamir Hendelman, award-winning jazz pianist and composer
known for his work with his own trio and the Jeff Hamilton Trio
will perform a program of originals, jazz standards and musical surprises in an intimate afternoon concert at the home of Jim and Janna Harris in Hancock Park.
Tamir swings in the deepest sense of the feeling represented by the wordimpeccable rhythm and beautiful, fresh melodies: his playing is surprising, even awesome in its precision and passion -David Andersen, presenter of the Atelier Solo Piano concert series.
