Please join us at Spruce for a dinner featuring the exquisite white truffles of Alba, Italy, accompanied by the wines of Barolo producer G.D. Vajra. White truffles come almost exclusively from the Alba region of Italy and are only available for a couple months a year, making them extremely rare and precious. G.D. Vajra sits at the highest elevation in the commune of Barolo, in the village of Vergne. The estate is steeped in tradition and produces wines of incredible finesse and elegance. Justin Gallen, owner of Rinascimento Wine Company, who imports the wines to California, will join us to share the wines, paired with a special menu highlighting white truffles, prepared by Chefs Mark Sullivan and John Madriaga.
