*The price of your ticket enables the Society to continue its vital mission of recognizing, protecting, and advocating for the Lowcountry's historic places.
In 1953 the Carolopolis Award program was created to recognize outstanding achievement in exterior preservation, restoration and rehabilitation. Since then, The Preservation Society has presented more than 1,300 awards in recognition of such achievement.
