Slow Food Quarterly Pickling and Canning Workshop Lemon Cucumber Pickles
For those who attended Julys Canning workshop, we all walked away with very tasty pickled fennel, thanks Lis!!!

In this intimate, hands-on workshop Lis David and Zvi Bar-Chaim (owners of Scratch Homemade) will teach you how to enjoy home pickling.  You will participate in every step as the group learns how to make lemon cucumber pickles fresh from the farmers market!

The class includes all tools and equipments.  Please wear closed toe shoes, bring an apron and something to tie your hairback if necessary. Due to a slightly smaller space we are limiting the class size to 12, so sign up quickly before this very popular workshop sells out!!!

You'll leave with the knowledge and confidence needed to pickle at home as well as a few jars of the pickled vegetables prepared during class.

We are happy to announce that we have found a new home for our workshops at Kendall College.
