9th Annual Cassoulet Cookoff
Calling all chefs and lovers of cassoulet! Our Ninth Annual Cassoulet Cookoff will take place on Sunday, January 15th from 1-4 p.m., at Jimmys No. 43. This years event is being co-hosted with Chefs Consortium, which will help source local ingredients for chefs.
Tickets are now on sale and we still have spaces available for both amateur and professional chefs, with features of the cookout to include:
*Peoples and judges choice awards, with cool prizes for best of show from sponsors WÜSTHOF and Anolon Cookware
*New and returning chefs to date (and subject to change):

A portion of the proceeds will benefit this years non-profit partner, Brooklyn Rescue Mission, a food pantry and community garden in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.
