Obama or Romney? Romney or Obama? Once again we are told our only political
power lies in the choice we make between two candidates who cater to the 1%.
At times like these, we need The Indypendent more than ever. For the past 12 years, The Indypendent has provided smart, fearless coverage of the issues that matter. Help us continue to report stories that show time and again that real change happens because grassroots social justice movements make the impossible inevitable.
Special guests will be Jeremy Scahill, the award-winning journalist and author of "Blackwater: The Rise of the World's Most Powerful Mercenary Army", Daniel Goldstein, leading opponent of the Atlantic Yards project and co-founder of Develop Don't Destroy Brooklyn and Democracy Now! education correspondent Jaisal Noor, just back from covering the Chicago teachers' strike.
