Montclair Culinary Academy - Date Night Cooking Class
Food is love! Make your date night a truly memorable experience with a Couples Cooking Class. We will guide you through the preparation of a romantic, seasonal feast. First dates, longtime partners, best friends or any other special guests are welcome!
On the menu:
- Fennel, blood orange, parmesan salad
- Roasted squash and brussels sprouts
- Roasted duck breast with figs and a balsamic reduction
- Dark chocolate mousse with fleur de sel
While preparing this feast we will demonstrate knife skills and work with you on your technique. Once dinner is ready you will sit down and enjoy together. Feel free to bring a bottle of your favorite wine to go with dinner.
Please note due to food costs we are unable to offer refunds or make ups. Should your plans change please feel free to send a friend in your place.
