Anthony Wilson w/ The Beegie Adair Trio
Join us as we welcome back Noted L.A.-based guitarist Anthony Wilson makes a special appearance at the NJW's Jazz Cave Saturday, November 5 at 8pm. He'll be joined by The Beegie Adair Trio.
Anthony Wilson is perhaps best known as guitarist for Diana Krall, and has appeared numerous times in Nashville with Ms. Krall. Wilson also is a gifted composer and arranger and world class jazz guitarist. He appeared previously at the Jazz Workshop in 2009, performing his original compositions with a nonet and appearing with the Lori Mechem Trio.
Most recently, Wilson has branched out with a new project as a singer-songwriter, Frogtown. He is currently touring in support of that project, and in that capacity will make an appearance November 2 at Nashville's 3rd and Lindsley.

Beegie Adair needs no introduction to Nashville audiences. She is simply one of the finest jazz pianists anywhere, and her trio-mates provide perfect support. For this appearance Beegie will be joined by bassist Roger Spencer and drummer Chester Thompson.
There will be two sets beginning at 8:00 pm in the Jazz Cave at the Workshop. Admission is $35 / $20 high school and college students with ID. Tickets will go on sale Monday October 24 at 10AM and will be available online on this page, by phone 24/7 at Brown Paper Tickets (800-838-3006) or during business hours at the NJW office (242-5299). A small convenience charge is added to online or 800-number purchases.
Policies: The Jazz Cave is a BYOB establishment, with no alcohol or food service. You are free to bring alcoholic beverages and snacks. We sell soft drinks and bottled water. The Jazz Cave is a listening room, and we ask patrons to keep conversation to a minimum and silence cell phones. Audio and video recording is prohibited. Ticket sales are final.
