Join celebrated Indian Chef Rinku Bhattachara and learn how to turn your favorite foods into delicious stews; after all a curry by any other name is just a stew. This class will get you into action for winter weather. Students will learn how to make 3 4 well-seasoned dishes and also learn about how to use a pressure cooker to cut the cooking time for these dishes by the time. Discounted copies of Rinkus award winning first book, The Bengali Five Spice Chronicles will be available for sale at the class.
