Classic Indian Cooking
Work with Rinku on how to put together a classic Indian meal, in this class students will learn how to prepare an entire meal sequence, a rice dish, vegetable, lentils and a beautiful chicken curry and learn how to plate this on a Thali or an Indian plate. Discounted copies of Rinkus award winning first book, The Bengali Five Spice Chronicles will be available for sale at the class or can be purchased online.
