WINE LOVER'S DINNER - Thursday, February 28, 2008
It isn't just another shrimp on the barbi! Each year the area's top wine experts team up in support of WGBY to bring you the best wine and food pairing experience in the region. Our suppliers present as many as 14 different wines to accompany an exquisitely-prepared 7-course meal. This year the theme is Australia and our fish course will feature a locally-grown Australian fish called Barramundi presented by Australis from Turner's Falls. Australian cuisine is noted for its international influences and we have worked hard to find exciting dishes to pair with some of the best wines that Australia has to offer!

On Friday sample over 300 wines from around the world and enjoy a large selection of delicious food from area restaurants and specialty food providers.
