FRIED is the 10 year celebration of That Brown Girl Cooks (TBGC) annual Fish Fry event.
This pop up restaurant will be an experience in food satiation. For the past 10 years, we've produced a down home style fish fry and with this new evolution of TBGC, we're turning it up a few notches. You will experience FRYING, the art form.
