Sales of weekend passes have ended. The Friday night party at the hotel and the Saturday night party at the Ranch will have tickets available at the door. Vendor Applications can be downloaded from the Bears, Bikers and Mayhem website. First time vendors - $50 for two days of vending.
TICKETS:
Tickets purchased using the Club Member discount code will require proof of membership at check in. Any discounted ticket presented by a non-member will be voided with no entry and no refund. (Club Member discount available only to members in good standing of the three presenting organizations.)

Cost - Final cost will be determined 2 week prior to event. Depending on the location of your pickup and departure and the number of people requesting transfers, we estimate the cost will be between $30 and $60 per person, each way.
Guests requesting Transfers will be contacted directly by the transfer service to exchange arrival and departure times, pick up times and final cost.
All efforts will be made to accommodate the greatest number of guests per shuttle trip Depending upon your arrival and departure times and the arrival and departure times of other guests, shuttle timing may require a slightly extended waiting period at the airport or train station.
To arrange airport or train station transfers include the Airport Transfers Ticket in your purchase. You will NOT be charged for the Transfers Fee at the time of ticket purchase. However, you will be charged a $0.99 ticketing fee by Brown Paper Tickets. By selecting the Airport Transfers Ticket you will trigger contact from the BBM Staff to collect your arrival and departure times. After the sale of the Transfers option ends on 3/17/13 you will be contacted again to arrange the exact pick up and drop off times and with a final price. Selecting this ticket does not obligate you to use the BBM Transfers until after the final arrangements have been made with you after 3/17/13. Payment will be collected at the time of your first pickup or upon check-in at the BBM Event.

TRANSPORTATIONTransportation to and from The Downtown excursion on Thursday Evening and Friday Lunch will be provided by Freedom Transit's regular Trolley Schedule which will be enhanced to accommodate BBM event needs.
Transportation to the Friday Battlefield Tour is included in the tour.
Transportation to the Saturday Battlefield tours is on-your-own except for those with no transportation available in which case the BBM Transportation Coordinator will arrange.
Transportation to and from the Saturday Night Dinner and Party at Altand's Ranch will be provided by Gettysburg Bus Company using full-sized tour buses.
Airport transfers will be provided by a combination of volunteers and professional transportation companies as needed based on need and arrival and departure schedules.
Additional transportation into downtown Gettysburg, local attractions and shopping will be available all weekend via the Free Freedom Transit regular Trolley schedule.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS - The purchase price of any tickets not used will be considered a donation to the non-profit beneficiary of all proceeds from the event.
Schedule of events is subject to change at the discretion of the promoters.
