Fit Camp

Increase your health and fitness level with certified fitness trainer Fanny in this unique 6-week experience!
Get the benefits of group fitness as well as personalized workouts designed to meet your individual needs in a positive and supportive environment.

Fit Camp includes:

-6 group fitness classes (Saturdays 7:30-8:30am Nov. 5-Dec. 17*)
-6 30-minute personal training sessions
-2 30-minute nutrition counseling sessions
-1 30-minute lifestyle consultation

Group fitness classes are held in the beautiful upstairs of the Historic Y (738 N. 5th Ave.). Personal training session dates, times, and locations will be determined between the client and Fanny.

*no class Thanksgiving weekend

Cancellation Policies:
If your camp is cancelled by the instructor, you will be refunded as soon as possible. Otherwise, registration is non-refundable. There is no make-up for missed group fitness classes. Personal training session cancellation policies will be reviewed at the first class.
